The Manager and her team were everything you could have asked for when my husband needed care. They were very kind, treated my husband with dignity. Always explained everything they were doing to him. I would recommend Livingstone Care without a doubt.

I can not stress how wonderful the carers were to my husband. They were respectful,caring, helpful and so much more, not only to him but to myself also. My husband loved “his girls” coming to keep him well cared for and to make him laugh even in the bad times during his suffering. I thank them all for the high standards and dignity shown to both of us at all times. The carers brought fun and lots of love and hugs along with the care and support.

Mum was with them for a short time as we needed more hours and unfortunately, they didn’t have the availability at the time. Saying that we were very impressed by the dedication to caring for mum with kindness, compassion, and love and also being therefor us in these difficult times. They always came

Care received for my sister was exemplary, with a few teething problems to begin with,which is to be expected whilst everyone gets to know each other but when things changed 24-hour care was put in almost immediately very impressed. Thank you

I cannot praise Livingstone Care enough. From Day One their small team became part of our family. They cared for Mum as if she was their Mum too, with such love and compassion. Their care went so much further than just attending to Mum’s physical and personal needs; they provided comfort and security

and love to Mum, making sure she was happy and content. The team also looked after us, making sure we were coping, and they always had time to chat to the children.

Their advice was invaluable, regarding equipment and who to speak to for further help.Incredibly, with Livingstone Care’s support, Mum surprised everyone by getting out of bed and enjoying sitting in the garden having a drink and snack. She also started talking again. Previously, in hospital, she had been bed-bound, not eating, drinking, or talking,and was not expected to live for more than a week. Livingstone Care told us that “this lady is living”, and indeed she was. With the skill and love of Livingstone Care, we had three extra months with you.

The manager and her dedicated team looked after Mum during the last weeks of her life. The care we all received was amazing they looked after Mum so well they were always gentle and kind, not just to Mum but to her family. I would recommend them most highly.

The care given to our loved one by Livingstone Care Solutions was second to none. The staff are kind and gentle and really made the effort to get to know both him and us. They always arrived with a smile, shared a laugh with my husband and showed that they genuinely cared about all of us. As it is a smaller company, we really benefitted from the same carers visiting us each day. They were always punctual and professional. Their support and fantastic care enabled us to keep my husband at home until he passed away. We would not hesitate to recommend this wonderful team.

Livingston Care came into our lives when my mother-in-law was in the late stages of cancer. Their care and support allowed us to keep her at home till the end. They are such a wonderful team, each one very professional, kind and caring. They treated my mother-in-law and my home with respect and love, allowing her to keep her dignity at all times. If the need arose, I would definitely use them again. True angels, everyone.

The team have been caring for both my mum and dad. This includes end of life care and dementia care. Everyone is very caring and dedicated. The manager is part of the care team and is therefore close to the care needs and quality of care provided at all times. Since starting we have extended the care provided to include live-in care and overnight awake care and are really pleased with how flexible and supportive everyone has been. Livingstone Care have really helped us at a very difficult time in a thoroughly professional and caring manner. Highly recommended.

Excellent – Livingstone Care have been fantastic. They have treated me kindly and with respect. When they visit, they take care of my needs, as well as take time to sit and chat with both myself and my wife. The carers are always smiling and very friendly.
